The Gamblin Factory Store also aims to solve a problem: to find homes for Imperfect Tubes and give painters a break when they need it the most. If you aren't comfortable with these being a bit of a mystery, please don't buy them. Our goal is to reduce our environmental impact by reducing waste; it's not practical environmentally or economically to process returns. Return Policy
If you have any issues with your order, please Contact Us. If we have made a mistake we will absolutely make it right at our expense.
We do not accept returns for any Painting products.
You may return new, unopened Color Cards within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you received a Wearable that is defective, Contact Us for a refund or replacement.
Shipping
For U.S. addresses, we charge a flat rate of $4.00 for shipping.
International Shipping
While we strive to ship orders same-day or next business day, please be aware that your package may take up to six weeks to arrive.
Gamblin is not responsible for import fees and duties that your country may impose. We encourage you to research import and duty charges for shipments from the United States before placing your order. Our goal is to reduce our environmental impact by reducing waste, it's not practical environmentally or economically to process returns. All sales are final.
Using the United States Postal Service, we can ship to 180 countries. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and the Price Group your country is in. All shipping costs are rounded down. We do not charge handling fees.
